Les Reaves started his career marketing downloadable video games back when the industry was dominated by the CD-ROM platform and the internet advertising was less than $1 billion a year industry. He went on to negotiate multi-million dollar online advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 companies during the dot-com heydays. However in early 2002 he noticed that tiny, targeted little text ads were popping up all over Google.com searches. He established SmartSEM, an online agency that specializes in squeezing every last customer from Google AdWords campaigns with limited budgets.

Paul Reinarz brings over 15 years of technology development and management experience. Paul is responsible for the overall long-term strategy and direction of Rezora, daily business operations and decision-making and overall management of Rezora’s system development. Paul also provides software development assistance to Hugh Morgan and the rest of the development team.
Paul was the President and Founder of Reinarz & Associates, a technical consulting firm specializing in the strategy and development of web-based systems for primarily US-based corporations and start-ups. Started in 2002, it was shut down in late 2008 to allow for full-time attention to Rezora.
